Desainer Interior

What you'll be doing

• Developing detailed design plans and specifications for interior spaces, including layouts, colour schemes, furniture, lighting, and decor

• Conducting site visits and client consultations to understand project requirements and design briefs

• Selecting and sourcing high-quality materials, finishes, and furnishings that align with the design vision

• Preparing 2D and 3D renderings, mood boards, and other visual aids to effectively communicate design ideas

• Coordinating with contractors to ensure the successful implementation of designs

• Monitoring projects throughout the construction phase to ensure quality and adherence to the design plans

• Collaborating with the broader design team to maintain cohesive and innovative design across all projects

What we're looking for

• A bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Interior Designer, in a commercial or high-end residential setting

• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Rhino, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite

• Proficiency in at least one rendering software ( Lumion, D5, or Enscape )

• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and sustainability principles

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively

• Strong knowledge of materials and detailing, with good taste and a high level of curiosity

• A strong passion for creating innovative and functional interior spaces
