Role Description:
The Set & Stage Designer is responsible for creating visual concepts and detailed plans for stage and event setups. This role ensures that all designs are aesthetically appealing, functional, and feasible for production while maintaining safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Create visual concepts and detailed plans for stage and event setups.

• Develop 2D drawings, 3D designs, and presentation materials for project execution and pitching purposes.

• Ensure all set and stage designs are visually appealing, functional, and feasible for production.

• Coordinate with production teams and related divisions regarding design execution and technical requirements.

• Select and review materials, lighting elements, and construction details for stage production needs.

• Monitor and supervise set and stage execution to ensure alignment with approved designs and quality standards.

• Attend team meetings and provide updates on project progress.

• Follow all organizational policies and procedures.

• Conduct site visits and oversee installation or production execution when required.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

• Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Enscape.

• Knowledge of materials, lighting, and construction techniques for stage production.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to collaborate with production teams and work under tight deadlines.

• Willing to travel to project sites and oversee set execution.
