Design Coordinator

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Issue Purchase Order of packaging to supplier and negotiate the prices to ensure the best quality that meets the company standards.

2. Maintain close communication and follow up with packaging suppliers for confirmation of orders,monitoring progess,deliveries and timely delivery schedule.

3. Coordinate and maintain packaging material stock with Inventory Control and Purchasing.

4. Create in house documentation and promotional materials.

5. Create ideas for new charcoal packaging design including shape,size,colors,fonts and imager.

6. Creating and handling social media for Indonesia and International bussiness.

7. Contributing ideas and design artwork as leafleats, posters, presentation and other promotional material to serve needs of other departments.

8. Make social media design for every event at the company and also for big day commemorations.

QUALIFICATION

1. Male/ Female bachelor of design or equivalent

2. Minimum 1 years exprience in print design, packaging, branding, typography and layout.

3. Proficient in Adobe Design, Photoshop, Illustrator, Coreldraw.

4. Fluent in English

5. Strong creativity , concept development and excellent time management.

6. Good attitude, self motivated, smart worker and detail oriented.
