R&D EXECUTIVE (New Position)

CRITERIA

Bachelor's Degree from Engineering (mechanical / industrial)

Preferable to person who stay or original come from around Bekasi / Cikarang area

Preferable has minimum 2 year experience as Engineering Staff

Fresh graduate are welcome to apply

Understand about drawing Computer literate

Male / Female Minimum GPA 3.0 of 4.0

Fluent in English especially for business communication Good interpersonal skill

Willing to work and has good motivation

JOB SCOPE

· Manage new project development

° Process design

· Determine cycle time and manpower requirement for each process of new product

· Check moulds if they are developed according to specification

· Manage customer’s issues

· Sample development

· Fitment trials

· Prepare BOM for project managed

· Material testing and report

· Communicate with all relevant parties on project progress

· Sourching of new material or child parts

· Develop, document and implement APQP in dept

· Conduct project hand – over training

· Support ISO 9001:2015 (Engineering Deptt)

· Support ISO 14001 (Engineering Deptt)

· ERP system key implementation

· R&D (Prod Floor) Improvement activities

· Cost Down activities
