Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or equivalent in a relevant field (Communication, Multimedia, IT, or related).

• Experience in content creation (social media, video editing, or digital campaigns) is a plus.

• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).

• Proficient in editing tools (CapCut, Adobe, Canva, or similar).

• Good storytelling and personal branding skills.

• Proactive, adaptable, and trend-aware.

• Able to use AI-Communication and Creativity Tools.

Responsibility:

• Create and manage engaging, creative, and consistent content (videos, photos, reels, etc.).

• Develop content ideas aligned with target audience.

• Maintain consistency in posting and content quality.

• Analyze content performance (engagement, reach, etc.).

• Collaborate with teams or brands for campaigns.

• Build audience and increase brand awareness.
