Qualification:
• Education: Bachelor's Degree (S1)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Proven track record in managing influencers and high-performing
digital campaigns.
• Strong network and relationships with talent agencies and content creators in
the local market.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data such as impressions and conversion
rates into effective strategic improvements.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, conflict resolution, and public relations skills.
Responsibility:
• Strategy & Campaign ManagementDevelop, implement, and
manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies across all
channels.Plan and execute digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta,
Tiktok). Manage the brand's social media presence and content calendar.
• SEO, SEM & Website OptimizationOversee company website performance,
user experience (UX), and conversion-focused landing pages.Bulld long-term
Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies for organic traffic growth.
• Analytics & ReportingTrack performance metrics across all channels using
analytics tools.Prepare and present reports to senior leadership. Continuously
test and optimize strategies based on data to improve Return on investment
(ROI).
• Team Leadership & CollaborationLead, mentor, and structure the wider digital
marketing team.Coordinate with external vendors, digital agencies, and
stakeholders. Align digital strategies with overall business and sales goals.
• Campaign Execution: Lead end-to-end influencer campaigns from initial
research, mapping, and talent selection to briefing and content approval.
• Negotiation & Contracting: Oversee contract terms, deliverables, usage rights,
and payment negotiations with talent agencies or individual KOLS.
• Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, ongoing relationships with
influencers ranging from micro-creators to megacelebrities.
• Performance Tracking: Analyze KOL-driven metrics (e.g., engagement rates,
click-through rates, Cost-Per-Acquisition) to determinethe success and revenue
impact of specific creators.
