Qualifications & Requirements

1. Male or female, maximum 27 years old.

2. Minimum educational background: [SMK/SMA, sederajat].

3. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

4. Basic proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, or equivalent design tools.

5. Strong creative thinking skills with the ability to develop creative, engaging, and relevant content ideas.

6. Basic understanding of videography and the ability to produce stable, engaging, and eye-catching footage.

7. Basic understanding of social media platforms and current digital content trends.

8. Able to collaborate effectively during brainstorming, content planning, and digital marketing strategy execution.

9. Good communication and teamwork skills.

10. Willing to work hands-on throughout the content planning, production, and execution process.

11. Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

12. Must have a portfolio containing at least 2 design and/or video editing works.

Preferred / Plus Points

• Experience managing social media accounts or creating digital content.

• Basic knowledge of video editing.

• Basic understanding of Meta Ads or other digital advertising platforms.

• Basic understanding of SEO.

• Up-to-date with trends on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital platforms.

• Basic English communication skills.

• Experience working in a creative, marketing, media, or content-related role.
