Digital Marketing (Tangerang)

Job Desc: - Planning, developing and implementing all digital marketing activities, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, digital ads, brand patnership, etc to obtain optimum efficiency based on approved budget - Coordinate with designers to plan, develop creative content and manage our social media platforms to maintain our digital presence - Answer inquiries from our social media users regarding the brand and product it self - Build and maintain good realtions with KOLs and communities - Analyze/measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and asses against goals (ROI and KPIs) - Identify trends and insights, also optimize spending and performance based on the insights - Brainstorm new and creative digital strategies to optimize short and medium term marketing growth - Manage ads spending in multiple paid channels Requirements : - Preferably minimum 3 years of digital marketing experiences. - Proficient in Google AdWords, newsletter, social media tools, and other digital marketing tools - Preferably having an experience in startup or agency (prefer in beauty industry) - Good knowledge of Graphic Design. Having skill in design is a plus - Excellent written and verbal communication both in English & Bahasa
