Digital Marketing

Job Description:

1. Plan, implement, and monitor digital marketing strategies across various platforms (social media, websites, paid ads)

2. Create, curate, and manage engaging content (text, images, video) for different digital channels

3. Optimize campaigns using SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and SEM (Search Engine Marketing) techniques

4. Analyze and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.

5. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, design, reservation) to ensure consistent branding and messaging

6. Manage customer engagement and respond to online inquiries in a timely and professional manner

7. Identify market trends and new opportunities to improve digital presence and reach

8. Maintain and update the company website and digital assets

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, or related field

• Fluent in English: speaking, reading, and writing

• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)

• Experience managing digital ads (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.)

• Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, Photoshop, Premiere, or similar tools)

• Knowledge of SEO & SEM to improve website visibility and ranking

• Familiarity with CMS tools (e.g., WordPress, Wix)

• Ability to analyze data and generate actionable reports

• Strong communication skills, creativity, and attention to detail

• Able to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines

• Preferably experienced in hospitality, travel, or tourism industry
