Digital Planner

What You'll Do - Turn business objectives, audience behavior, and data into digital media strategies and plans. - Own day-to-day planning across campaigns, working with Investment and Performance teams to get the right things live. - Read campaign performance, spot the opportunity, and recommend what should change and why. - Work across Creative, Strategy, Commerce, Data, and other specialists to make digital work harder for the business. - Stay curious about AI, creators, platforms, culture, and emerging digital behavior and bring relevant thinking into the work. A Bit About You - At least 2 years of digital media planning experience in a media, integrated, or advertising agency. - You understand more than platforms and formats. You understand the thinking behind the plan. - Comfortable with data and confident enough to form your own point of view. - Curious about people and what makes them click, engage, search, share, and ultimately act. - Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable challenging the obvious when you see a better answer. - Ambitious to become the planner clients come to for the thinking, not just the execution.
