Product Owner

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology

2. 1+ years' of experience in project management

3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

4. Scrum or Agile experience

Responsibilities

• Serve as a product expert, product evangelist, and the voice of the customer. Responsibilities, customer feedback, and communicate priorities.

• Create mockups and prototypes to assist with development

• Analyze metrics to understand customer and product performance

• Demonstrating and presenting products to internal team Conducting proof of concept based on scenario Create topology, build of material and proposal

• Maintaining relationship with principle and distributor Control of knowledge and product development

• Conduct thorough market research and analyze market trends.

• Recommend improvements, identify opportunities, and increase revenue.

• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, business flow, sales process, and market dynamic.

• Maintain complete documentations for all product related activities.

• Take end to end ownership of product line.

• Identify market requirements, Define the product vision, Create preliminary design concepts and drive the implementation of the product roadmap, Analyze the effectiveness of the current features and define ways to improve them in order to reduce failure rates, Explain requirements of new features to technology team, Be a product expert across all the various applications.

• Understand each customers Solution Implementation Update the Product configurations based on Customer needs Be an expert trouble-shooter of problems. When a problem is reported, you will quickly isolate this to a setup / configuration issue, analyse the logs and quickly.

• Facilitate the client’s product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and user-testing experiences for digital products.

• Make documentations of UX & Products. Implementation of marketing programs to support product group objectives.
