Job Description: - Make available all Guidelines, Specifications, and Requirements to the Owner and relevant consultants.​ - Work with consultants, furniture dealers, product reps, and fabricators to meet overall project objectives. ​ - Responsible for organizing and directing project activities, including assessing new potential projects, ensuring compliance to the relevant standards, and highlighting any non-compliance. ​ - Providing technical advice on architecture and interior design for new and potential projects.​ - Review designs submitted by consultants to ensure compliance with Brand standards. ​ - Integrate with other team members & departments, liaising with Corporate according to the project progress.​ - Review and arrange milestones validation and approval with other departments, including: Concept Brief, Block Plan, ID, Mock-up Room. ​ - Review of Architectural, ID drawings and coordinate drawings with M&E services. ​ - Establish an invoicing plan, working with the Owner on any invoices & payments.​ - Manage the team in terms of performance, planning, owner review, and any construction/furniture drawing specifications.​ Job Requirement: - 10 years of experience in architectural/engineering design with good project management skills. ​ - Degree in architecture or engineering from an accredited institution. ​ - Experience in managing internal multidisciplinary teams in the development of hotel & serviced residence projects. ​ - Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, AutoCAD, Sketchup, Photoshop, or similar design presentation softwares. ​ - Ability to travel for business (within Indonesia and regionally) as required. ​ - Fluency in both English & Bahasa.
