Drafter Architect

Create detailed designs with computer-aided design (CAD) software according to specifications from architects. Work with designers regarding design accuracy, drafting standards, and design documentation. Arranging structural, mechanical, and electrical aspect to produce a complete and understandable design. Completing construction drawing according to the schedule. Having minimum education SMK, Bachelor Degree is a plus. Good ability on Ms. Office, Autocad, and Sketchup Have experience as drafter at least 2 years Good understanding on architecture, civil/structure and MEP, also an ability to establishing Technical Drawing Detail orienterd, fast-learner, and team player Good communication Have a high sense of initiative Have a good personality Experience working in start-up environment is advantage Have experience in Hospitality building project is an advantage Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously Willing to work based in Bandung
