- Hot water boiler inspection
- Design, develop and test instrumentation and control systems.
- In charge of implementing the maintenance program
- Handle electricity, gas and water needs regularly and efficiently
- Handle work or damage that occurs at the restaurant or villa
- Handle all work related to operations
- Create vendor work monitoring reports
