Job Description:





Plan, implement, and facilitate age-appropriate learning experiences using the Reggio Emilia approach, encouraging exploration, creativity, and inquiry.



Observe and document children’s learning processes and development to inform teaching strategies.



Foster a nurturing, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that promotes social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth.



Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the school community to support each child’s individual needs and interests.



Integrate open-ended materials, natural resources, and project-based activities to support child-led learning.



Maintain a safe, organized, and stimulating classroom environment.

Qualification:





Education: Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field.



Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience in early childhood education, preferably with exposure to the Reggio Emilia approach.



Skills & Attributes:





Fluent in English (spoken and written)



Creative, innovative, and passionate about child-centered learning



Strong observation, documentation, and planning skills



Committed to continuous professional growth and reflective practice
