Qualification: * Minimum education of high school or vocational high school (or equivalent). * At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service or Online Shop Administration. * Excellent communication skills, patience, friendliness, and a high level of empathy toward customers. * Familiar with WhatsApp Business, email, and live chat or customer service tools on e-commerce platforms. * Able to type quickly and accurately while maintaining a polite, friendly, and professional tone when communicating with customers. * Able to multitask and work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. * Strong problem-solving skills in handling customer inquiries, complaints, and needs. * Willing to work remotely (Work From Home, WFH). Job Responsibilities: * Handle customer inquiries and complaints through e-commerce marketplaces (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok, etc.), WhatsApp, direct messages (DMs), and email. * Provide empathetic and informative responses that align with the brand's tone of voice and personality. * Input customer orders and coordinate with the logistics and operations teams. * Compile frequently asked questions (FAQs) and customer insights to support brand improvement. * Assist with follow-ups for customer testimonials and review campaigns.
