By combining our expertise in e-commerce with strategic influencer collaborations, Libero Hub has expanded to Magelang, Central Java, to help brands enhance visibility, engagement, and sustainable sales growth in the digital marketplace.

Qualifications:

• Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent

• Experience as a customer service agent or operating marketplace seller centers dashboard (Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia)

• Communicative, detail-oriented, and friendly

• Willing to work on-site at Libero Hub’s Magelang office

• Able to use English (at least passive)

• Willing to work in shifts

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer chats on Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Tokopedia in a professional and friendly manner

• Manage orders, inquiries, and customer complaints on marketplaces

• Conduct order follow-ups and provide information on promotions/products

• Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty

• Provide administrative support
