E-commerce & Digital Marketing Manager

Bali Hai Cruises, a leading marine tourism company in Bali, is seeking an experienced and creative E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online sales and marketing strategies. This role is responsible for maximizing online revenue, enhancing our digital presence, and managing relationships with key online travel agencies (OTAs).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, E-Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in e-commerce and digital marketing, preferably in tourism, hospitality, or travel.

• Based in Bali, candidates currently residing in Bali are preferred.

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with OTA management and optimization.

• Excellent understanding of digital content strategy and conversion optimization.

• Creative, data-driven, and result-oriented mindset.

• Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute e-commerce & digital marketing strategies to boost online sales.

• Manage and optimize OTA platforms (Booking.com, Expedia, Traveloka, Klook, etc.).

• Oversee website, SEO/SEM, and digital advertising campaigns.

• Manage social media, email marketing, and online promotions.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth booking processes.
