E-commerce Growth

Job Descriptions:

• Manage and optimize e-commerce marketplace operations to drive sales growth and improve channel performance.

• Plan and execute campaigns, promotions, and other initiatives to increase sales and order volume.

• Monitor product listings, pricing, and stock availability to ensure optimal marketplace performance.

• Analyze sales performance and key metrics to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sustainable GMV growth and meet business targets.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of marketplace activities and promotions.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace, or related roles.

• Hands-on experience in managing e-commerce/marketplace platforms.

• Strong understanding of marketplace operations, promotions, pricing, campaign mechanics, and sales performance.

• Growth-oriented and data-driven, with the ability to identify opportunities and turn insights into actionable initiatives.

• Able to work independently, maturely, and with strong ownership of assigned channels.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on achieving GMV, order, and overall business growth.

• Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
