What You Will Do

• Assist in upload and update product details, SKU, stock, discounts, and campaign settings on Shopify.

• Coordinate fulfilment and shipping activities with internal teams.

• Manage administrative and operational tasks related to e-commerce.

• Assist as customer service to respond to inquiries, and manage promos/updates.

• Support customer engagement through handling queries, sending payment links, and assisting with social media comments.

What Are The Requirements

• Final-year student or fresh graduate in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related fields.

• Strong interest in e-commerce and digital marketing.

• Familiarity with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms is a plus.

• Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
