Job Responsibilities
fully responsible for the daily operations of the Shopee store in Indonesia, including store layout optimization, product listing/delisting, title and keyword optimization, and product detail page enhancement to improve overall store presentation and user browsing experience.
Develop store marketing strategies and promotional plans, including platform campaign participation (e.g., Shopee mega sales, themed events) and paid advertising (e.g., keyword ads, related product ads), to precisely reach target audiences and increase product exposure, click-through rate, and conversion rate.
Closely monitor store operation data, including traffic, sales, conversion rate, and advertising performance. Generate regular data reports, identify issues through data analysis, and adjust operational strategies in a timely manner to achieve store sales targets.
Conduct in-depth research on the Indonesian e-commerce market, Shopee platform updates and policy changes, and competitor analysis to identify market needs and user pain points. Provide recommendations for product selection, pricing, and strategic adjustments.
Work closely with supply chain, logistics, and other relevant departments to ensure sufficient inventory and timely order fulfillment, improving operational efficiency while minimizing order cancellations and return rates.
