E-Commerce Specialist

Qualification: * Final Year Student / Fresh Graduated in any major. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in e-commerce operations. * Good understanding of marketplace operations, campaign management, ads management, and affiliate management. * Familiar with marketplace platforms such as Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, and others. * Understanding of performance metrics, including CTR, CPC, ROAS, ROI, AOV, and conversion rates. * Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams. * Willing to work remotely (Work From Home/WFH). Job Responsibilities: * Manage e-commerce operations across platforms such as Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, and others, from planning to execution. * Execute marketplace campaigns, promotions, and advertising strategies. * Collaborate with the Ads team to optimize Shopee Ads, TikTok Ads, and Meta Ads performance. * Monitor e-commerce and advertising performance metrics, including CTR, CPC, ROAS, ROI, AOV, and conversion rates. * Manage affiliate programs and KOL (Key Opinion Leader) partnerships for e-commerce to increase traffic and drive sales conversions.
