We're looking for an experienced and creative E-Commerce Staff to lead our digital sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and optimize product listings across e-commerce platforms (Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada, etc.)

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase online sales and visibility

• Monitor daily performance, sales trends, and customer feedback to improve product positioning

• Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure accurate and appealing product representation

• Analyze data and prepare regular reports on campaign performance, ROI, and KPIs

• Manage relationships with e-commerce platforms and third-party service providers

• Stay updated on e-commerce trends, platform changes, and consumer behavior

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

• Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing (preferably in FMCG or packaging industry)

• Familiar with online marketplace operations and tools (ads, SEO, promotions, etc.)

• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset

• Proficient in using digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and marketplace dashboards

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
