E-Commerce Staff

- Responsible for overall online store sales in various e-commerce marketplaces - Upload and manage product catalogs on the marketplace - Achieve the targets of each online store - Create promotions to increase sales conversions and sales figures - Handle customer complaints with return, refund, and product exchange policies - At least a Bachelor’s Degree, at any field from reputable university - Minimum 1 year of experience as a relevant positions - Understanding of e-commerce platforms and related technical knowledge - Proficient in operating Office software such as Excel, Word, and PPT - Clear logical thinking, sensitivity to numbers and data - Have good communication skills and cross departmental collaboration skills, strong ability to work hard
