JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Conduct video shoots based on approved content briefs, including basic setup for angles, lighting, framing, and overall composition.

• Edit both short-form and long-form videos for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and digital ads.

• Enhance video content through effective pacing, transitions, subtitles, motion graphics, light visual effects, and basic color correction to ensure visual consistency and a polished look aligned with the brand’s aesthetic.

• Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to translate concepts and direction into on-brand video content.

• Maintain a high standard of visual quality that reflects the brand’s luxury identity.

• Organize, label, and archive video assets systematically for efficient content management.

SKILL & REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in video shooting and editing, preferably within beauty, skincare, fashion, or luxury-related industries.

• Able to handle end-to-end video production, from shooting to final edited output.

• Familiar with content optimization based on performance insights and platform best practices.

• Strong visual sense, refined aesthetics, and high attention to detail.

• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficient in video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or equivalent.

• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.

• Strong time management, organization, and multitasking skills.

• Personal video production equipment is considered an advantage.

• Willing to work onsite (WFO) at PIK 2, Ruko Mega Kuningan
