Education Counselor

Responsibilities:
- Generate sales leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Conduct comprehensive consultations with prospective students to understand their educational goals, preferences, and challenges.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about overseas study programs, including available majors, admission requirements, visa processes, and study cost considerations.
- Assist students throughout the enrollment process, from document preparation to the release of the letter of acceptance.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and performance indicators set by management.
- Handle administrative tasks related to student enrollment, including application processing, visa arrangements, and departure coordination
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with educational institutions, organizations, and relevant communities to expand market reach and collaboration opportunities.

Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1).
- Able to communicate in English at least passively.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in the Sales field.
- Capable of meeting or exceeding established sales targets and KPIs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with various stakeholders.
