Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Electrical Engineer to join the National Battery Research Institute (NBRI), a leading organization in advancing battery technology and renewable energy innovation in Indonesia.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement electrical systems and components for battery research and development projects.

  • Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and performance evaluation of electrical systems related to energy storage, battery management systems (BMS), and renewable energy integration.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical engineers, chemists, and software developers to optimize battery technology solutions.

  • Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations.

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety protocols, and environmental regulations.

  • Participate in research projects, workshops, and conferences related to battery technology and sustainable energy.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering or related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience (fresh graduates with strong academic performance are welcome to apply).

  • Knowledge of battery systems, renewable energy, power electronics, or energy storage systems is highly preferred.
