Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Electrical Engineer to join the National Battery Research Institute (NBRI), a leading organization in advancing battery technology and renewable energy innovation in Indonesia.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement electrical systems and components for battery research and development projects.
Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and performance evaluation of electrical systems related to energy storage, battery management systems (BMS), and renewable energy integration.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical engineers, chemists, and software developers to optimize battery technology solutions.
Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety protocols, and environmental regulations.
Participate in research projects, workshops, and conferences related to battery technology and sustainable energy.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience (fresh graduates with strong academic performance are welcome to apply).
Knowledge of battery systems, renewable energy, power electronics, or energy storage systems is highly preferred.
