• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering • At least 10 years of experiences in E&l • Strong knowledge of PLC systems (Siemens, Delta, Omron), SCADA (Wonderware, WinCC), MV cubicles, transformers, electric chillers, gensets, air compressors, and instrumentation systems • Experience in continuity tests, PLC loop testing, and commissioning of E&l systems • Deep knowledge of P&ID diagrams, electrical drawings, and engineering standards (IEC, IEEE, PUIL) • Strong capability in troubleshooting electrical and instrumentation systems, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives • Experience in preventive and predictive maintenance programs and maintenance strategy development • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SAP, and AutoCAD. • Good communication and leadership skills, with experience in supervising and training teams • Proficient in English is required • Willing to be placed in Mempawah, West Kalimantan
