Responsibilities
• Support the development of IKEAs employer branding
by helping build a positive image of working at the
organization.
• Create content for social media and internal
communication channels.
• Assist in planning and executing branding activities
across
campus/university
outreach,
vendor
management, and community engagement.
• Collaborate with the People & Culture team and
cross-functional departments to support branding
initiatives.
• Help coordinate and manage events related to
employer branding and recruitment activities.
Requirements
• Currently an active student in Graphic Design, Visual
Communication, or a related field.
• Familiar with marketing tools and design applications.
• Tech-savvy and up-to-date with current marketing
and recruitment trends.
• Experience in event management or organizing is a
plus.
• Enjoys working with people and comfortable with
public appearances.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to collaborate across teams and work in a
dynamic environment.
