Engineer

- Carry out daily engineering operations to ensure all hotel facilities, equipment, and systems are in good condition and safe to use - Perform routine preventive maintenance and handle repairs based on work orders - Maintain guest rooms, public areas, and back of house facilities to keep them in proper working condition - Monitor and record the usage of utilities such as electricity, water, and gas - Perform basic maintenance for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, pumps, genset, and other equipment - Follow safety procedures (K3) and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) - Coordinate with other departments to support smooth hotel operations - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the engineering work area - Minimum high school/vocational school in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or related field) - Previous experience in hotel engineering or maintenance is an advantage - Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building maintenance - Able to work independently and as part of a team - Willing to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays - Have a good attitude, discipline, and strong responsibility - Understand basic safety procedures (K3) and able to follow SOP
