Engineering

• Minimum education Diploma (D3) or Bachelor Degree (S1) in Hospitality, Management, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields depending on the position. • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in hospitality, restaurant, or service industry (higher experience preferred for supervisory positions). • Strong understanding of operational service standards in hospitality/F&B environment. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Guest-oriented, professional, and service-minded attitude. • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. • Willing to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and public holidays. • Strong teamwork and coordination skills. • Physically and mentally fit for operational roles. • Good discipline, responsibility, and attention to detail. • Proficient in English is an advantage, especially for guest-facing roles. • For supervisory roles: strong leadership, decision-making, and team management skills required. • For Engineering role: understanding of maintenance systems (electrical, plumbing, and general repair). • For Security roles: discipline, vigilance, and ability to handle safety procedures professionally. • For Accounting role: strong knowledge of financial reporting, bookkeeping, and Microsoft Excel.
