Job Requirements For fresh graduates with full-time college degree or above, with a background in civil engineering, engineering management, engineering cost and related majors. Excellent professional grades, with a grade of 3 or above, and a solid foundation of professional knowledge. Proficient in office software operation, with good word processing and data organization skills. Work meticulously, have a strong sense of responsibility, and have good communication skills and teamwork spirit. Those who can communicate proficiently in English and Chinese will be given priority.

Job Responsibilities Building a data management system: Responsible for establishing a scientific and complete engineering construction data management system and system, Ensuring the standardization and standardization of data management work. Data collection and collation: Fully responsible for the collection, collation and archiving of various types of data during the entire engineering construction process to ensure the integrity, accuracy and timeliness of the data. Document review of cooperative units: Strictly review the engineering data submitted by the cooperative units, check the compliance and authenticity of the data, promptly feedback problems and urge rectification. Meeting affairs processing: Undertake the recording work of department-related meetings, and organize and refine the content of the meeting to form an effective meeting minutes to provide a reference for subsequent work. Document management: Responsible for the department's document collection and distribution work, classify, register, deliver and keep the documents, Ensure the smooth and safe circulation of documents.
