Engineering Project

Qualifications: • Minimum vocational school (SMK) or Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or related field). • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in engineering projects, building maintenance, or the hospitality industry is preferred. • Good knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems and building maintenance. • Able to read technical drawings and understand project implementation processes. • Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills. • Able to work independently as well as part of a team. • Detail-oriented, disciplined, responsible, and able to work under deadlines. • Willing to work in shifts if required. • Willing to be placed at TS Suites Seminyak Bali. Responsibilities: • Supervise engineering project activities to ensure they are completed according to schedule and company standards. • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams throughout project execution. • Ensure work quality meets technical specifications and safety standards. • Conduct inspections and monitor project progress. • Prepare project progress reports and maintain proper documentation. • Identify and resolve technical issues during project implementation. • Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with SOPs and Occupational Health & Safety (HSE) regulations.
