English Communication Intern

Location: English Cafe Malang (on-site)

Duration: Minimum 1-4 months (formal internship for academic credit)

Working Hours: Mon–Sat, 4 PM–8 PM WIB (flexible around class schedules)

Role Overview As our Communication & Speaking Intern, you’ll: •

1. Lead and manage English speaking classes (Daily Talk/Speaking Class). •

2. Create an engaging, interactive, and fun learning environment. •

3. Facilitate discussions among learners of various ages and backgrounds. •

4. Coordinate with the operations team for scheduling and class materials.

Qualifications •

1. Fluent in English (spoken & written). •

2. Friendly, outgoing, and communicative with the ability to foster a positive classroom atmosphere. •

3. Currently enrolled in college (ideally from the 3rd semester onward) or a fresh graduate. •

4. Majoring in English, Communication, Education, or related fields preferred. •

5. Enjoy public speaking and facilitating group discussions. •

6. Prior experience (e.g., volunteering or tutoring) is a plus.

7. Formal internship credit (SKP/KP) will be prioritized. • Ideally 19–27 years old
