Job Description: As a Tele Qualifier Agent, you will play a vital role in contacting potential leads, qualifying them for our products and services, and helping build successful marketing campaigns. Your exceptional phone etiquette, assertive communication skills, and proficiency in English will be key to building relationships and trust with our clients. Please note that working hours will align with international time zones, requiring flexibility for late hours.

Responsibilities:

- Contact potential leads over the phone to identify their needs and interests.

-Engage in meaningful and assertive conversations to establish trust and rapport with potential clients.

-Conduct qualification assessments to ensure leads meet our target audience criteria.

-Clearly and professionally explain the benefits and features of our products and services.

-Provide accurate information and address inquiries from potential clients.

-Accurately enter and update lead information in our CRM system. Collaborate with the sales team to schedule appointments with qualified leads.

Requirements:

-Proficiency in English (TOEFL min. 550 or IELTS 6.0) is a must.

-Ability to work late hours according to international time zones.

-Previous experience in telemarketing or sales roles is preferred.

-Assertive verbal communication skills.

-Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients.

-Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

-Basic computer and CRM system proficiency.

-Exceptional phone etiquette and active listening skills.
