English Trainer / English Teacher (Jakarta)

Role Description:
We're looking for full-time/part-time on-site role as an English Teacher located in BSD (South Tangerang)/Tanjung Duren (West Jakarta)/Bogor (West Java)/Depok (West Java)/Kalimalang (East Jakarta)/Bekasi (West Java)/ Kelapa Gading (North Jakarta)/Bintaro (South Jakarta)/Medan (North Sumatra).

The teacher will be responsible for:
- Teaching English lessons in offline classes to children ages 3-18yo
- Preparing lesson plans and materials that support their teaching
- Evaluating student progress and providing ongoing guidance for improvement to both students and their parents
- Maintaining student and class records
- Coordinating with the sales team in acquiring new students, including hosting trial classes and conducting placement tests
- Coordinating with the marketing team for marketing and off-site events, including participating in photoshoots and video shoots for documentation that will be published in our advertisements and on our social media platforms
- Help develop the curriculum of future programs

Requirement:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree
- Experienced in teaching young learners
- A minimum of C1 CEFR English language proficiency
- Strong communication skills, flexible, and proactive
- Self-motivated and detail oriented
- A passion for teaching children and teenagers
- Teaching certification/license is a plus
- Open to all nationalities
- Already located in Indonesia
