Job Description: 
1. Document Translation: Accurately translate technical construction documents, including Bills of Quantities (BoQ), Technical Specifications, and Method Statements from Indonesian to English and vice versa.
2. Formal Correspondence: Draft and proofread professional English letters, emails, and official reports for the Representative Office. 
3. Meeting Minutes: Attend high-level progress meetings and record accurate minutes (MoM) in professional English. 
4. Legal & Compliance: Assist in translating local labor laws, permits, and ISO standards to ensure the company remains compliant with Indonesian regulations. 
5. Administrative Support: Assist the HR and Finance departments with English-based documentation for international audits. 

Job Requirement: 
1. Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; minimum 1 year of experience is preferred. 
2. Language Skills: Advanced proficiency in English (Written & Verbal). Must be capable of drafting formal letters and detailed reports. 
3. Certification: Must hold an official English proficiency certificate (TOEFL/TOEIC) from a formal institution. Minimum TOEFL Score: 550 (or equivalent C1/C2 level). 
4. Multilingualism: Ability to translate into Bahasa Indonesia or Mandarin is highly preferred. 
5. Flexibility: Must be willing and able to travel for business trips/field assignments. 
6. Gender: Open to male and female candidates. 
7. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with construction terms (e.g., subcontractor, site plan, procurement, civil works). 
8. Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive company data and contracts with high integrity.
