Athena Study Center is seeking a dedicated, dynamic, and highly qualified English Teacher to join our passionate team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating an engaging learning environment, fostering students' language proficiency, and driving academic success. Key Responsibilities

• Instruction & Delivery: Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality, interactive English lessons tailored to students' needs (covering Speaking, Listening, Reading, and Writing).

• Student Assessment: Monitor, evaluate, and record student progress, providing constructive feedback to help them achieve their learning goals.

• Classroom Management: Maintain a positive, encouraging, and productive classroom environment that inspires student confidence and active participation.

• Curriculum Development: Assist in developing and updating teaching materials, worksheets, and lesson modules in alignment with Athena Study Center's standards.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, English Education, English Literature, or a related field.

• Elite Language Proficiency (Strict Requirement): Must possess an official, valid English proficiency certificate demonstrating advanced/near-native command, with a minimum score of: IELTS: 7.5, OR TOEFL iBT: 100

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of professional teaching experience (experience preparing students for international standardized tests or teaching in premium language institutes is highly preferred).

• Skills: Flawless communication, outstanding interpersonal skills, and the ability to confidently handle high-level academic curriculum.
