Concept & Narrative Team (Design Creative) – Event

PT. Tarika Nirmana Hurun (The Hurun) is a hospitality development and creative design company specializing in developing concepts for hotels, resorts, F&B venues, public spaces, and experiential events. We combine strategic thinking, cultural insight, and strong creative execution to deliver unique environments and memorable event experiences. Our multidisciplinary team works across concept development, spatial storytelling, creative direction, and event design to create impactful results.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong creative and narrative skills, excels in coordinating with vendors and talents, and maintains high accuracy in all deliverables. Proficiency in English, strong organization, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Location: Jakarta

Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 08:00 – 17:00

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop event concepts, themes, and creative directions based on client brief.

• Create narratives, scripts, and showflow (MC/VO).

• Build moodboards, concept decks, and visual guidelines and budgeting.

• Coordinate with designers, production teams, and technical departments.

• Communicate with talents, management, and third parties to ensure alignment.

• Maintain creative consistency during rehearsals and event days.

• Support creative documentation and contribute to post-event reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.

• English proficiency is a must (written and spoken).

• Maximum age: 40 years old.

• Minimum 2–3 years experience in creative, event, or agency roles.

• Strong creative, concepting, and storytelling abilities.

• Good understanding of event production flow and design fundamentals.

• Strong coordination and negotiation skills with vendors and talents.

• Able to work both independently and in a team environment.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

• Able to work under tight deadlines and adapt quickly

• Willing to work on-site during rehearsals and event days
