• Responsible for planning and executing various online and offline activities, such as promotions, press conferences, joint ventures, game events, pop-up stores, etc.; • Independently write event plans and process scripts, formulate execution schedules and promote implementation; • Connect with event resources: such as venues, materials, lighting, photography, KOL/MC and other suppliers; • Control event budgets, follow up on quotations and contracts, and assist in settlement and invoice processes; • Link up with social media teams to promote events, and monitor event exposure and user feedback in real time; • Responsible for on-site coordination and crisis management, and conduct review and summary and effect analysis after the event.
