Responsibilities • Develop and manage event concepts including product launches, sponsorships, brand activations, exhibitions, and collaborations. • Create detailed event plans covering timelines, budgets, and production requirements. • Coordinate effectively with internal teams (marketing, creative, sales) as well as external partners such as vendors, media, sponsors, and KOLs. • Oversee on-site event operations to ensure smooth execution in line with brand identity and messaging • Conduct post-event evaluations and prepare comprehensive reports and analysis. • Ensure that every event execution aligns with the brand's identity and messaging. • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, communities, and third parties to explore future collaboration opportunities. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field Minimum 2 years of experience in event management or brand activation, preferably in the sports, fashion, or lifestyle industries Strong project management, communication, and negotiation skills Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail Creative and brand-oriented, with a solid understanding of audience engagement Willing to travel and work outside regular hours when required Having an existing network of vendors, event organizers, and media is an advantage
