- Work closely with the GM to implement strategic initiatives the enhances guest satisfaction, revenue generation and service excellent oriented - Support the Head of Department in overall hotel operations and taking in-charge hotel operation during the GM absence - Builds good communication and relationship with stakeholder of owning company, customers, co-workers and others department - Strong leadership skill with experience in leading cross functional teams and other key departments inspiring a culture of innovation and exceptional services - Ability to oversee and ensure compliance with Brand Quality Standards, including Food Safety and ADICT - Teamwork oriented with outstanding leadership abilities
