Executive Chef / Head Chef

• Minimum education of SMA/SMK or equivalent; a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Culinary Arts, Marketing, Accounting, or a related field is preferred, depending on the position. • Relevant work experience in the applied position, preferably in hotels, villas, resorts, or the hospitality industry. • Good communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. • Strong teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving skills according to the position. • Good understanding of hospitality service standards, operational procedures, and guest satisfaction. • Able to work independently and collaboratively with other departments. • Professional, well-groomed, detail-oriented, disciplined, and responsible. • Able to work under pressure, multitask, and adapt to a dynamic work environment. • Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage. • Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required. • Flexible and willing to support daily hotel or resort operations when needed. • Have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to maintaining service quality.
