Job Description :

Assist to make sure recruitment services can support business (Planning, Sourcing, Profilling, Placement)

Responsible for staff recruiting and selection process in order to fulfill manpower needs of each department in timely basis with high qualified employee (starting from create job advertisement, shortlisting potential candidates, invite candidates, giving competency test and interviewing candidates, continue to make offering letter until hiring)

Make the recruitment activities and improve recruitment strategy and System Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview, select and evaluate applicants.

Conduct disciplinary action on employees who violate company regulations or policies

Making Weekly & Monthly recruitment progress report

Qualification :

Minimal S1 Psychology

Have minimal 3 years experiences in Recruiter at outsourcing, head hunter, manpower supplier

Speaking English fluent, active and communicative

Good Looking, Discipline, Creative and active

Familiar with Ms Office, HRIS and Data Base

Prefer domicile at Kemayoran area
