Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Requirements:

-1-2 year of experience in a secretarial/administration position or working for a multinational company

-Familiar with secretarial tasks

-Good interpersonal skills

-A close attention to detail

-Able to handle multiple tasks at one time with tight deadlines

Responsibilities:

-Diary management i.e coordinate and manage diaries inclusive of internal and external clients meetings (virtual or physical), establish manageable timeframes, and coordinate follow up actions.

-Schedules appointments and meetings, and writes respective minutes and protocols.

-Maintain calendar, schedule meetings and conference rooms, prepares and sequences agendas

-Assist CEO in managing daily administrative

-Other secretarial / Administration duties defined by superiors.
