Executive Store Designer

1. Create a preliminary store layout design, which includes obtaining related data for store planning and conducting a site survey.

2. Conduct store planning, prepare the store design pack for principal review, making a store design proposal including floor plans, storefront elevations, and other studies to support design merchandising and operational requirements while adhering to design guidelines, Brand strategy, and validation from related parties.

3. Design development integrity throughout the project design stages, including projects review, preparing working drawings, and Landlord approval.

4. Responsible for initiating revisions when necessary and communicating changes to cross-functional parties.

5. Initiate development, review, and approve project-specific shop drawings in partnership with related parties.

6. Demonstrate a working level of business knowledge and current design trends apply to assigned project.

7. Ensures landlord approvals for store design considerations are obtained per lease requirements.

8. Preparing BQ (Bill of Quantity), and preparing order list for vendors.

9. Monitoring production and fitting out process which includes doing a defect list check, receiving a defect list work report, and receiving validations reports regarding the fitting out process to make sure hand over to store operation teams are well delivered.

10. Coordinate with all Vendors throughout the project design stages to meet the requirement of all design aspects in partnership with related parties.

11. Oversee all construction process to ensure the project execution has high quality results.

12. Conducting a site survey and coordinate with Landlord to make sure all requirement site conditions for fitting out process are met.
