- Manage a team to ensure optimal operation of UPSs, generators, fire systems, and leak detection systems - Conduct daily huddles to facilitate effective shift handovers - Review BMS alarms and coordinate 52 weeks of Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) - Manage vendor activities, ensuring compliance with safety procedures and timely quotations - Oversee reactive work orders, ensuring timely closure within SLA - Provide 24/7 offsite support for breakdowns and conduct periodic campus walk-throughs - Proven experience in team management - Background in electrical engineering (ideal) - Familiarity with MEP equipment - Previous experience in facilities management (preferred) and in the banking industry (preferred) - Flexible to travel to other sites - Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken, to effectively collaborate with team members and external stakeholders
