Ideal Candidate Profile: Holds a diploma or certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Engineering-related fields. Has hands-on experience in maintaining and troubleshooting coffee machines, electrical systems, and plumbing in a commercial or retail environment. Experience in the F&B industry is an advantage. Understands safety standards and regulatory compliance in technical maintenance work. Possesses strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with both technical teams and store operations staff. Detail-oriented, responsive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast- paced environment. Willing to travel frequently to store locations as required. Job Role: Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on coffee machines and MEP systems to ensure smooth operations. Troubleshoot and resolve equipment-related issues quickly and effectively to minimize downtime. Collaborate with store teams and internal departments to respond to maintenance requests and provide technical support. Ensure all maintenance activities comply with health, safety, and regulatory standards. Maintain accurate records of maintenance, servicing, repairs, and equipment installations. Assist in the setup, installation, and commissioning of coffee machines and MEP systems in new and existing store locations. Keep up to date with developments in equipment technology and recommend improvements where applicable.
