Facility Management - SPX Express (Kab. Banjar, Kalimantan Selatan)

Job Description:

1. Ensure optimal functionality of  office and warehouse facilities, overseeing electrical systems, plumbing, and general repairs. Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and coordinate repairs and renovations as necessary for infrastructure.

2. Maintenance Oversight - Ensure the smooth operation of all SPX Express office and warehouse spaces, promptly addressing any arising issues.

3. Schedule Management - Organize preventive maintenance, oversee repairs, and supervise facility renovations while maintaining detailed records of all maintenance activities.

4. Facility Inspections - Conduct thorough inspections across multiple SPX Express facilities to ensure compliance with standards and identify areas for enhancement.

5. Vendor and Contractor Management - Source, assess, and maintain relationships with external vendors, contractors, and service providers. Obtain quotes and ensure timely, budget-friendly, and precise project completion.

6. Security Coordination - Oversee access control systems, CCTV cameras, and alarm systems to guarantee premises' safety and security.

7. Emergency Response Planning - Develop and implement comprehensive emergency response plans to effectively address potential crises.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Facility Management or a related field within a dynamic work environment.

• Holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a relevant field from an accredited university.

• Proficient in problem-solving with a high sense of accountability.

• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

• Willingness to be mobile and visit various SPX Express premises as needed.

• Willing to be placed at Kab. Banjar, South Kalimantan
