About the Role:
As a Sales Advisor, you will be the face of Oaken Lab in Bali—providing exceptional customer experiences, educating guests on our fragrances, and cultivating a warm and knowledgeable atmosphere that reflects the Oaken Lab philosophy.



Key Responsibilities:







Deliver personalized and knowledgeable customer service aligned with the brand's artisanal values



Explain product ingredients, scent profiles, and usage in an engaging way



Drive sales by understanding client needs and recommending suitable products



Maintain clean and organized store displays and stock levels



Support daily store operations including cashiering and inventory management



Requirements:







Min. 1 year of experience in retail or hospitality (luxury or lifestyle brand preferred)



Excellent communication in Bahasa Indonesia & conversational English



Passionate about fragrance, grooming, and storytelling



Friendly, proactive, and sales-oriented



Willing to work in a retail shift environment, including weekends and holidays
